CSL-15 may be diluted with fresh water at 2 - 15% by volume and sprayed on the surface or mixed with the material to stabilized. May be used to stabilize sand, powdered minerals and fine aggregates.

General Summary

CSL-15 have been tested in certified external laboratories using current EPA and California test methods. The undiluted material was used for VOC and aquatic toxicity tests although the product is typically used at concentrations of 10% or less. This will address any concerns that might arise if large quantities of neat product are spilled during an accident during transportation or handling. Leachate tests for detection of hazardous components that might be present where done on product deposited on inert silica sand at the maximum treat level (1 gallon of 10% dilution per 20 square ft of surface)
